Wildtrak ABN 62 009 438 153 is the promoter of the “Win Your Order Back” promotion, which runs monthly from 12:00am AEST on the first day of each calendar month until 11:59pm AEST on the final day of that calendar month, with a new promotional period commencing automatically each month unless withdrawn or amended by the Promoter. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, associated companies, immediate family members, suppliers and agencies directly connected with the promotion. Eligible customers will automatically receive one entry for every completed retail order placed, fully paid and successfully finalised during the applicable promotional period. Cancelled orders, refunded orders, fraudulent transactions, wholesale or trade accounts, staff purchases, gift card purchases, laybys and deposits not fully finalised during the promotional period are excluded unless otherwise stated by the Promoter. One winner will be drawn at random each calendar month within fourteen (14) days of the end of the promotional period from all eligible entries received. The winner will receive store credit equal to the final paid value of their eligible order after discounts, promotions and coupon codes have been applied. Shipping fees, delivery charges, extended warranties, donations and other non-product charges may be excluded from the prize calculation at the Promoter’s discretion. The prize will be issued as a digital gift card or store credit code, is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, cannot be refunded or resold, may only be redeemed by the original recipient unless otherwise approved by the Promoter, and must be used in accordance with the Promoter’s gift card or store credit policy. Store credit issued as part of this promotion is valid for 1 year from the date of issue, and unless otherwise required by law, lost, deleted or stolen gift card codes may not be replaced, store credit cannot be reissued once redeemed, and any unused balance remaining after expiry will be forfeited. The winner will be contacted using the details associated with their order, and reasonable efforts will be made to contact them within seven (7) days of the draw. The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and entrants, including proof of identity, purchase and residency, and may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information or breaches these terms. By entering, entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may collect and use personal information to administer the promotion, contact winners, fulfil prizes and maintain internal records, and that personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://www.wildtrak.com.au/pages/privacy-policy-wildtrak-leisure-australia. Entrants who opt in to marketing communications may receive promotional material and can unsubscribe at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries, technical malfunctions, unauthorised access to entries, order processing errors or gift card delivery failures outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws.
