    Returns Policy

    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

    If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

    Shipping

    Wildtrak Leisure recommends having your order delivered to a business address or an address where you or someone you designate will be available to accept delivery. If you elect to give Authority to Leave to any of our couriers (sender permits courier to leave the parcel if no one is at the address and there is somewhere safe to leave it) for your parcel, Wildtrak Leisure accepts no responsibility for the parcel thereafter as it has been deemed as delivered. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box, Private Mail Bag or Parcel Locker.

    Delivery time can take anywhere between 2-10 working days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote and regional areas will require a longer delivery time of up to 14 days.

    Tracking numbers are available and provided via email when your order has been dispatched. Please use your tracking number to track the status of your delivery.

    The shipping fees we charge include postage and handling fees, we cannot provide discounts or refunds on freight or handling fees. Wildtrak Leisure reserves the right to request an additional freight charge for deliveries more than 150kms from a major city. Customers will be notified prior to orders being processed and dispatched. Orders will be refunded if the customer objects to additional charges.

    Combined postage is not available. Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.

    We currently only dispatch to addresses within Australia unless otherwise listed. We do not ship to Islands or remote areas without a separate freight quote.

    We aim to dispatch all products within one working day of your full payment being made. Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase

    Pouch. Pouch cells can run at a higher discharge current than cylindrical. The pouch cell makes the most efficient use of space and achieves a 90 to 95 packaging efficiency, the highest among battery packs.

    USB-c is the quickest and recommended way to charge the units. (1) Ensure USB-c (USB-c/USB end of lead) is plugged into the wall adaptor (2) The USB-c (multiple adaptor end of lead) is plugged into the INPUT point on the Jumpstarter (3) The second number should be flashing on the LED when charging (4) If no lights flash and charging does not commence try to charge another device using the lead such as mobile phone or camera to ensure lead is working and use another USB-c on the Jumpstarter to ensure lead and unit are at fault.

    This is great! Shipped very quickly from WildTrak and very easy to work with, great job team from WildTrak Leisure. The jump starter saved the day and it worked a dream fresh from the packaging. For a small unit, it packs a punch and a flat battery was overcome with a single crank of the starter. So happy to have had the unit in the car, as it would have resulted in an embarrassing phone call to home. Certainly saved the day.

    very happy with my product except the usb charger cable didn’t have the i fone charger cable on it like it does in the picture?? would appreciate someone from ur team getting in contact. also on the paper work it stated that there is something else still to arrive from the package so maybe it’s the fone charger??
